Clinical Assessment and Prognostic Evaluation of Tumor Markers in Patients with Gastric Cancer

Abstract

The preoperative levels of CEA, CA19-9, CA24-2, CA72-4, and AFP were closely related to TNM grade, gender, distant metastasis and ascites. These makers seem to play important roles in predicting recurrence and metastasis, and in evaluating prognosis.
