A Surgical Treatment of Infected Pancreatic Necrosis: Retroperitoneal Laparotomy

Abstract

By CT and helical CT, three-dimensional images of pancreatic necrosis are obtained. These investigations have greatly facilitated RPA, which has advantages over laparotomy in the treatment of infected pancreatic necrosis.
