Minimal change oesophagitis: a disease with characteristic differences to erosive oesophagitis

Abstract

Most non-erosive reflux disease can be classified as minimal change oesophagitis, and that have different characteristics from erosive GERD. On-demand famotidine may be a suitable alternative treatment for patients with minimal change disease.
