THE PHYLLOSOMA LARVAE OF THE SPINY LOBSTER PALINURELLUS GUNDLACHI VON MARTENS ( DECAPODA, PALINURIDAE) BY HAROLD W. SIMS, JR. Florida Board of Conservation Marine Laboratory, St. Petersburg, Florida, U.S.A. 1) Between August 1962 and August 1963, eight trips were made through the Florida and Yucatan Straits for the purpose of collecting plankton. The main object of this collection was to prove a theory of a Caribbean origin of Florida's spiny lobster populations (Ingle et al., 1963).
