Reversal of renovascular hypertension caused by nonspecific aortitis after corticosteroid therapy.

Abstract

Aortography in a I7-year-old girl showed nonspecific stenosing aortitis affecting the abdominal aorta, the renal arteries on both sides, and the left subclavian artery. The central aortic pressure was i8o/Ii5 mmHg.
