Abstract

Syntheses of Dinuclear Platinum Compounds Containing a 1,4‐Phenylene Bridge Syntheses of 1,4‐phenylene bridged dinuclear platinum‐organic compounds dichlorobis‐(1,2,5,6‐η 4 ‐1,5‐cyclooctadiene)(μ‐1,4‐phenylene)diplatinum(II) ( 1 ), all‐trans ‐dichloro(μ‐1,4‐phenylene)tetrakis(tributylphosphane)diplatinum(II) ( 3 ), and all‐trans ‐diphenyl(μ‐1,4‐phenylene)tetrakis(tributylphosphane)diplatinum(II) ( 2 ) are reported.
