Protective effect of curcumin against cardiac dysfunction in sepsis rats

Abstract

In conclusion, the results from the present study demonstrate that curcumin has the protective effects on cardiac function in rats with sepsis and curcumin could be considered as an effective and safe therapeutic agent for the management of sepsis induced cardiac dysfunction.
