Surgical resection for clinical perineural invasion from cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck

Abstract

Appropriately planned surgical resection of PNI in cutaneous SCCHN up to the ganglion as dictated by the disease extent may improve survival without significant added morbidity.
