Angular Distributions of Pion Charge-Exchange Reactions in the Momentum Region of 1.4 to 4.0 GeV/<i>c</i>

Angular distributions are measured at 12 energies. Coefficients of Legendre polynomial expansions of these distributions are given. Also presented are comparisons of the forward and backward cross sections with predictions.
