Avoidable complication of McKee-Farrar arthroplasty.

Abstract

Three cases of abdominal burns occurring consecutively in a large series of patients undergoing total hip replacement with the McKee-Farrar prosthesis and the use of Simplex methyl- methacrylate cement are reported.
