Results of a phase shift, analysis of the p-p scattering at 2.2 GeV and 1.4 GeV are reported and are compared with those of the Regge-pole model for high energy scattering. It is suggested that the picture on two nucleon interactions deduced at low energies must change around 2 GeV rapidly to the one at high energies.
