Preoperative Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, and Surgical Resection of Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Abstract

A pilot study of preoperative chemoradiotherapy with infusional cisplatin and radiation induced a high rate of clinical pathologic response in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer and merits further study in these high-risk patients.
