Postoperative Analgesia in Impacted Third Molar Surgery: The Role of Preoperative Diclofenac Sodium, Paracetamol and Lornoxicam

Abstract

Preoperative intramuscular diclofenac, intravenous paracetamol and lornoxicam effectively decreased the pain scores. The patients were satisfied with the three postoperative pain management regimens.
