P-Selectin Blockade Is Beneficial after Uncontrolled Hemorrhagic Shock

Abstract

Blockade of P-selectin resulted in decreased hepatocellular injury and increased survival in our model of uncontrolled HS. Selectins may be important therapeutic targets for blockade in the treatment of HS.
