A method of experimental study on the scattering properties of the micro-motion targets is proposed. Micro-motion target models are designed based on the structure and the motion character of those targets. A dynamic measurement system is constructed in the microwave anechoic chamber, and then full-polarization wide-band dynamic measurement experiments are conducted based on the system. Procedures of the experiments together with analysis of measured data are presented. Research on the micro-motion will benefit from these measurement experiments. (4 pages)
