Oxidative stress and leukocyte migration inhibition response in cutaneous adverse drug reactions

Abstract

CADR patients were found to be under oxidative stress based on MDA and GSH levels in the peripheral blood. There is a significant positive correlation of LMI response (against the causative drug) with MDA levels, which strongly associates oxidative stress with the immunopathogenesis in CADRs.
