Abstract

The clinical features of myocardial infarction in the elderly may be extremely variable and some- times so unobtrusive that the diagnosis is over- looked. This study records the clinical presentation of cardiac infarction in a personal series of 387 patients, aged 65 and over, seen during a period of 11 years; 121 were aged 80 to 90 years, and 17 were over 90.
