MMIC self-switched time shifter for broadband applications

Abstract

In this letter, we propose a new concept for a self-switched time shifter. The structure is theoretically investigated by means of an analytical approach and computer simulation. The electrical performances of the proposed configuration are compared with those of a conventional single-pole double-throw switches time shifter.
