Abstract

The main high-resolution CT findings of Churg-Strauss syndrome consist of airspace consolidation or ground-glass opacities, septal lines, and bronchial wall thickening. These reflect the presence of eosinophilic infiltration of the airspaces, interstitium, and airways, and interstitial edema.
