New A-<i>nor</i>-B-<i>homo</i>-<i>ent</i>-Kauranoids (Grayanotoxin XVI and XVII) from <i>Leucothoe Grayana Max.</i>

Abstract

Abstract Two physiologically active diterpenoids, grayanotoxin XVI and XVII, have been isolated from Leucothoe grayana Max., and the structures have been determined to be 6-O-acetylgrayanotoxin II and 3,6-didehydrograyanotoxin III respectively on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence.
