Evolution of Care Pathway for Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy

Abstract

Through a structured care pathway incorporating the TAP block, 1 night stay laparoscopic prostatectomy can be safely delivered with reduced inpatient stay costs. In selected patients, day-case prostatectomy is feasible.
