Abstract A quantitative evaluation of Ig classes in the serum of “nude” mice(nu/nu) in comparison with nu/+ and +/+ animals is reported. IgA and IgG classes are shown to be reduced in “nude” mice, the reduction being particularly severe in the case of IgG 1 . On the other hand these animals have normal IgM levels.
