Topiramate Add-On in Treatment-Resistant Schizophrenia

Abstract

Glutamate antagonist topiramate may be an effective adjuvant treatment in reducing general psychopathologic symptoms in patients with schizophrenia resistant to treatment with second-generation antipsychotics.
