The temperature dependences of the upper critical fields, H c2//,⊥ , and the lower critical field, H c1// , have been measured on the single crystal of the layer structure TaS 2 intercalated with pyridine. Some basic parameters concerned with the superconducting properties have been determined using the anisotropic Ginzburg-Landau theory. The value of the specific heat jump at T c calculated from the experimental data shows a fairly good agreement to the previous results of the specific heat measurements. This fact seems to indicate the applicability of the anisotropic G-L theory to TaS 2 (Py) 1/2 .
