Abstract

We, the editors of the above textbook, gladly endorse the graceful tribute paid by Dr. Ross in the June 1974 issue of the Journal to our colleague and co-editor the late Edward Wing Twining, whose wise counsel was of immense value to us in the production of the first edition.
