Tisseel to Reduce Postparotidectomy Wound Drainage: Randomized, Prospective, Controlled Trial

Abstract

The use of Tisseel in parotidectomy patients prior to wound closure significantly decreases total drainage volume and the frequency of postoperative seroma.
