Pregnancy outcome in recurrent miscarriage patients with skewed X chromosome inactivation

Abstract

Skewed X chromosome inactivation is not associated with recurrent miscarriage. A patient's X chromosome inactivation status does not predict next pregnancy outcome. Our assay correlates with another experienced laboratory.
