Box–Cox transformation of left‐censored data with application to the analysis of coronary artery calcification and pharmacokinetic data

Abstract

Box-Cox transformation is investigated for regression models for left-censored data. Examples are provided using coronary calcification data from the Multi-Ethnic Study of Atherosclerosis and pharmacokinetic data of a nicotine nasal spray.
