Reduction of Liver Metastasis of Intraocular Melanoma by Interferon-β Gene Transfer

Abstract

The results support the feasibility of activation of NK cell function through gene transfer as one possible therapeutic strategy for reducing hepatic metastases of uveal melanomas.
