Sublingual Capnometry for Rapid Determination of the Severity of Hemorrhagic Shock

Abstract

SLCO2 predicted survival in hypotensive trauma patients. It had equivalent diagnostic ability to LAC and BD. This rapid test may supplement standard, more invasive measures of hemorrhagic shock.
