Silent neurologic involvement may occur in Behçet syndrome. Patients should undergo periodic neurologic evaluation. The long-term prognosis in neuro-Behçet syndrome does not seem to be as favorable as we observed in short-term follow-up. Cerebrospinal fluid findings may predict prognosis.
