Fifteen years’ experience of intestinal and multivisceral transplantation in the Nordic countries

Abstract

This collective Nordic experience confirms that intestinal transplantation is a complex procedure with many complications, yet with the possibility to provide long-term survival in selected conditions previously considered untreatable.
