Abstract

For these groups of edentulous subjects, although they may need dentures to be replaced after a period of wear, this does not necessarily have significant impacts on oral health related quality of life parameters. It seems likely that this is the main reason why the provision of new dentures by either a copying or conventional technique did not result in major changes to the OHIP.
