Abstract

A one-stage operation is described for reconstruction of large defects of the columella nasi, the lower part of the nasal septum, and the vestibular floors. Nasolabial flaps are transported on a cranial, de-epithelialized pedicle, and passed deep to the nostrils into the vestibular cavity. The method is illustrated with four case reports.
