Radio-frequency dielectric response of KH<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>and CsH<sub>2</sub>AsO<sub>4</sub>close to their transition temperature

Measurements of the 5-80 MHz dielectric response of KH2PO4 and CsH2AsO4 close to their transition temperature reveal a marked dielectric loss in the paraelectric phase of CsH2AsO4 and a pronounced Debye relaxation process in the ferroelectric phase of both materials.
