Primary idiopathic pulmonary hypertension complicated by pulmonary arterial thrombosis. Association with antiphospholipid antibodies

Abstract

This appears to be the first reported case of primary pulmonary hypertension complicated by thrombosis of a main pulmonary artery in association with antiphospholipid antibodies.
