Abstract

HRQoL improved in prepubertal and pubertal short SGA children during GH treatment. Additional GnRHa treatment had no adverse effect on the HRQoL gain. Disorder-specific questionnaires were particularly appropriate to evaluate HRQoL in children treated for short stature.
