Partial Left Ventriculectomy in Patients with Dilated Failing Ventricle

Abstract

Lateral PLV improved hemodynamics and functional capacity as much as aneurysmectomy by reducing ventricular volume and mitral regurgitation. Inclusion and exclusion criteria have to be sought to make PLV safer and more effective.
