Directional anisotropy around 90\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{} of bremsstrahlung due to secondary electrons ejected by MeV-proton bombardments on a thin Al foil was measured. It is shown that this behavior can be explained by the relativistic retardation effect in bremsstrahlung production.
