Acute Brucellosis with Myelodysplastic Syndrome Presenting as Pancytopenia and Fever of Unknown Origin

Abstract

This study highlights the rarity of brucellosis with MDS, and we recommend that brucellosis with MDS be considered in patients presenting with pancytopenia and FUO.
