Structures of complexes between dimethylthallium picrate and two isomers of dicyclohexano-18-crown-6

Abstract

The crystal structures of complexes formed by dimethylthallium picrate with two isomers of dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 have shown that in both there are [Me2T1 crown] + cations and picrate anions, the complex cations consisting of linear Me2TI entities normal to the plane through the six O atoms of the ligand and the TI atom.
