Social Communication Is Predicted by Inhibitory Ability and ADHD Traits in Preschool-Aged Children

Abstract

Our findings suggest that social communication difficulties in some young children are a downstream consequence of hyperactive-impulsive behaviors that arise from poorly developed inhibitory control.
