A systematic study was carried out to investigate the preparation and characterization of porous Ti/SnO<sub>2</sub>–Sb<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>/PbO<sub>2</sub>. Porous titanium substrates contribute to the improvement in the performance of electrodes.
