Inorganic Nanoporous Films from Block Copolymer Thin Film

Abstract

A wide range of inorganic nanoporous films with vertical pores spanning the entire film thickness has been fabricated by using of nanopillar structure formed from polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) copolymer as a template.
