LECs incorporating [Ir(ppy)<sub>2</sub>(Naphbpy)][PF<sub>6</sub>] (Hppy = 2-phenylpyridine, Naphbpy = 6-(2-naphthyl)-2,2′-bipyridine) in the emissive layer show high luminance and exceptional stabilities.
