Abstract High-performance liquid chromatographic separation of monosaccharides and disaccharides was successfully carried out with novel anion-exchange stationary phases prepared from (CH3)2N-(CH2)n-N(CH3)2 and porous particles of chloromethylated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer coupled with a pulsed amperometric detector.
