Abstract

Endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage resulted in more frequent postoperative complications, including POPF, compared with ENBD. Postoperative pancreatic fistula is more likely to occur if the ERBD period exceeds 1 month in patients scheduled to undergo pancreatoduodenectomy.
