Zoledronic Acid Inhibits Human Osteoblast Activities

Abstract

Both concentrations of ZA (1 and 5 μM) caused cytotoxic effects to osteoblasts which reduced the production and expression of proteins that play an important role in bone matrix synthesis and mineralization.
