Fractal aggregations of Co particles were observed in ${\mathrm{Ag}}_{30}$${\mathrm{Co}}_{70}$ thin films after the films were irradiated by 200-keV xenon ions to a dose greater than 8\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}${10}^{15}$ Xe atoms/${\mathrm{cm}}^{2}$. It was revealed that the observed fractals were the result of cluster diffusion-limited aggregation of magnetic particles. The fractal dimension ${D}_{f}$ was determined to be 1.47\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.02, which was in agreement with those reported in the literature. The generalized dimensions D(q) and the f-\ensuremath{\alpha} spectra were also calculated and compared to previous published results.
