The implementation of a boundary integral method on a transputer system is described and the viability of using transputer systems for boundary integral methodologies is demonstrated. Of three topologies investigated, the ring topology for the array sizes and order of the matrices examined is best. This is because the extra complexity of organizing the cylinder harness gives no increases in performance.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>
